Assistant Manager/Manager - Investor Relations

We are recruiting for an established listed real estate/hospitality company with an estimated AUM of more than USD2.5 billion. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for preparing the annual report and disclosure documents (including presentation slides and press releases) for quarterly announcement and annual general meeting. This will include conducting research (collate and compile market, industry, peer and portfolio information) in support of investor relations activities of the Company. You will take the lead in n investor relations activities, including fostering rapport with the investment community including research analysts, fund managers and the media. You will be organising and attending investor relations meetings, analyst/ investor/ media briefings, IR conferences/ roadshows and annual general meeting. You will also track market and company related news through daily news monitoring; collate and compile analyst reports to update management of latest market sentiments as well as managing all investor relations related interface, including website, social media, web enquiries, and telephone enquiries. You will support capital raising and corporate finance activities of the business and assisting in the preparation of presentation slides, press release, announcement and/or circular in support of acquisition/ divestment activities. Requirements: You are degree qualified from a reputable education institute in Business, Real Estate, Accountancy, and any other related courses. You have about 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity. You are highly numerical and able to multi-task. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
