Job Title: Sales Operations Associate As a member of the Global Sales Operations team, the Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their day-to-day operations. The main responsibilities will be to respond to RFPs, coordinate sales events, assisting with contracts, and developing operational processes where needed. The successful candidate should be very detail-oriented, autonomous, and a self-starter who has excellent presentation skills, and demonstrates exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. About the Job
- Coordinate RFP responses.
- Event planning for partner conferences or other events Sales team is attending or that Donyati is sponsoring.
- Create presentation decks for client proposals.
- Assemble statements of work and change orders.
- Assist with quotes and pricing models.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet goals and deadlines.
- Analysis of Salesforce data – forecasts vs. actuals, and Salesforce reporting.
- Collaborate with business partners and departments such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Assist with developing operational processes where needed to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Sales Operations experience
- 5+ years’ experience supporting sales teams, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with O365 products, especially Excel and PPT
- Experience with Salesforce, Services CPQ, Certinia or Smartsheet is a plus.
- Should be comfortable in working in US Hours.
