Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager – US IT Consulting and Staffing Services. As a Business Development Manager at Peer Consulting Resources Inc., you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the US IT Consulting and Staffing Services market. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of Peer Consulting Resources Inc. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in business development, preferably in the US IT Consulting and Staffing Services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the US IT Consulting and Staffing Services market, including key players and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell the value proposition of Peer Consulting Resources Inc.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT consulting or technology industry is a plus
