Job Title: ACI L1 support Experience: 2 to 7 years. Must Skills: Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) Location: Bangalore Timings: 24/7 shift Notice period: Immediate to 30days. Responsibilities and Duties for L1 Cloud Operations-ACI. • Support multiple 24X7 environments with high uptime requirements. • Hands on experience on High end Switches (Cisco Nexus7K,5K,2K, Cisco 6500, 4500, 3750, 2900 Series, Client switches) and Routers (Cisco Platform). • Detailed knowledge of network concepts and protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Load Balancing, and WAN. • knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switching. • Knowledge and Hands on experience on Wireshark. • Knowledge on Cloud networking Experience is desirable. • Basic understanding of external L2 / L3 fabric connectivity. • Should be able to handle Maintenance activities like HW replacement, upgradation etc • Must have an understanding in Fabric. • Certifications are desirable, includes CCNA, CCNP • Good understanding of Incident, Change Management, Problem, Risk & Capacity management. • Excellent time management and communications skills, ability to work with remote teams, without day-to-day supervision. • Provide notification to platform owners and the service teams for Level 1&2 incidents. • Perform L1 support (basic troubleshooting and resolution). • Follow MOPs/SOPs for escalation to appropriate technical teams (L2/L3). • Manage all incidents and outages including running zoom calls. • Notify/update relevant stakeholders of issues, and remediation status. • Document all actions in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Collect relevant metrics and generate reports including service availability, MTTR/MTTN, and root cause analysis (RCA). • Provide communication to the technical support teams including status updates for on-going incidents/events. • Represent L1 support in regular engagements and other relevant review meetings.
