Job Description: As a Sales Coordinator with expertise in lead generation and cold calling, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by managing schedules, communicating with clients, and facilitating the sales process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling efforts. Location : Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata Salary : 7 LPA Max Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various methods including market research, networking, and online platforms to identify potential leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage new leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
Cold Calling:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cold calling activities, including follow-up actions.
Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and sending proposals.
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including handling inquiries and processing orders.
Database Management:
  • Manage and update customer databases with relevant information obtained through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
  • Segment and categorize leads based on criteria such as industry, geographic location, and sales potential.
  • Regularly analyze database metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, other departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role, with a demonstrated track record in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, particularly in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in analyzing sales data and generating reports to support decision-making.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to lead generation and sales outreach.
