Company Description ASPIRE (Association of Small Progressive Innovative And Rising Enterprises) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Noida. Our mission is to create a self-sustainable ecosystem for MSMEs and startups by providing awareness, capacity building, and handholding support. We aim to foster an Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India) by empowering small businesses and promoting the #vocalforlocal initiative. Role This is a full-time executive secretary role with ASPIRE. As an executive secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing company secretarial work, and ensuring effective communication. This is a hybrid role based in Noida, with the flexibility to work remotely. Reporting to   President, ASPIRE Salary Package   Negotiable (As per Industry Norms) Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including organisation and time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in company secretarial work and handling sensitive information
  • Proven track record in executive administrative assistance
  • Customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
Job Description
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Monitor, respond to and delegate the communications, including emails and phone calls to the respective teams/ cells
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Coordinate project-based work (Projects of Ministry of MSME/ Textiles, GoI, State Government MSME Department, SIDBI, UNIDO, World Bank, Embassies, etc.)
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • Liaise with our Cells and External organisations like, GoI, State Government, Export Promotion Councils, UNIDO, World Bank, Embassies, etc. and individuals to achieve business objectives
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the members with the prime focus on their engagement with an objective of maximum retention
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of MSMEs and familiarity with the Noida business landscape. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
