Job Description: We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. As our Social Media Manager, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence across various social platforms, fostering community engagement, and driving growth through compelling content and strategic campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring and engaging
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster community engagement and manage interactions with followers, customers, and influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
