University of the People is looking for a visionary Project Manager to join our team and lead the charge in revolutionizing higher education for all. We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to make a significant impact and leave a mark on exciting projects. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director for Student Processing, you will oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. You have a proven track record of successful project management, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Join us in our mission to make higher education accessible to all and be part of a team that is changing lives through education. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading projects end to end while coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage tasks on the day-to-day level while being able to have a clear view of the project’s status.
• Ensure that all registration processes are delivered on time, on budget and within scope
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Report and escalate to the Senior Director for Student Processing as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

• Bachelor’s degree- a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- A must
• 3-5 years working experience in a Project Management role
• Experience in operational improvement Projects
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing software
• Higher Education/Ed Tech experience- would be considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work productively with different departments and external agencies.

• Methodological and analytical
