- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools such as Freshsales and Mailchimp.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
