  •   Job Summary Moris Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional talent for our moCal brand. This position requires a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, proactive sourcing techniques, and exceptional candidate assessment abilities. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.     • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for both domestic and international talent.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media (especially LinkedIn), employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
    • Resume Screening & Selection: Review resumes and applications, identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screens.
    • Interviewing & Assessment: Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), administer skills assessments, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
    • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
    • Onboarding Support: Partner with new hires and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.), analyze data, and suggest process improvements.
    • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
    Experience:
    • 2-5 Years: Proven experience in a recruitment role with a demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
    Qualifications Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting principles, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
    Preferred:
    • Experience in international recruitment and knowledge of relevant employment laws.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or similar) is a plus.

    • Candidate Sourcing: Resourcefulness in finding qualified candidates through traditional and innovative channels.
    • Interviewing & Evaluation: Strong interviewing skills, the ability to assess candidate suitability, and identify red flags.
    • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication for interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
    • Negotiation: Comfortable negotiating salary and benefits packages, finding mutually beneficial solutions.
    • Time Management & Prioritization: Able to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and online recruitment tools.
