Tilfi is a design and craft-led luxury brand that produces handcrafted textiles, apparel and art of exceptional quality and craftsmanship.  We are looking for a Creative Communications Lead who will be responsible for managing and implementing brand and visual communication strategies for Tilfi. They will work to achieve a cohesive visual identity for the brand and lead communications to achieve the brand's creative and business objectives.  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of in-house specialists (graphic design, copywriting and image/video production) as well as external creatives to create quality, clutter-breaking content for the brand
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the brand’s goals and objectives
  • Manage content creation and delivery for the organisation’s website, email communication, social media platforms, and other brand touch points
  • Manage creation of on-brand marketing and brand identity materials including lookbooks, packaging designs, ad-creatives, and other promotional material
  • Build and deliver communication strategies for customer engagement and experience (both online and offline) 
  • Develop and coordinate budgets for communication campaigns and events
  • Conceptualize and execute artistic/creative external collaborations for the brand 
Additional Responsibilities (Good to have)
  • Coordinate with the PR agencies to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage events and marketing activations, such as product launches or press/influence events
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design or an artistic field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in design and communications, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong Graphic and Visual Design skills. 
  • Experience in creating brand and/or fashion campaigns. 
  • Interest in writing and editing, with the ability to manage a copywriting team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
