National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Technical Team Leader. KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- Communicating telephonically with our clinical staff to establish any technical support requirement.
- Responsible for the daily operational requirements of the technical division team.
- Assure that functionality of all equipment with it in your portfolio.
- Assure the equal distribution of the daily workload.
- Driving to our units to attend to breakdowns and routine services of our dialysis machines.
- Communicating technical findings to clinical staff.
- Ordering spare parts from our technical management office.
- Completing service reports electronically.
- Completing time sheets to account for daily activity.
- Receiving and responding to emails from our technical service manager.
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Be a clinical engineer/ technician with a recognised tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- Be a qualified technician with an electronics background and experience in the clinical environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in repairing and maintaining dialysis machines.
- Be a licensed driver and prepared to drive to multiple sites per day.
- Be physically able to load 70kg machines into and out of a vehicle.
