Job Summary: We are currently looking for Business Development Managers who are highly focused, enthusiastic, self- motivated, who would help us in growing our business and work as partners in our growth story. Core Responsibilities:  Responsible for acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking related products  Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships  Enhancing/ maintaining relationship with banks and deriving leads from them  Build relationships with Bankers , CA and other NBFC’s to generate leads  Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share  Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company  Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals  Negotiate and closure of mandates with potential client Job Specifications:  Educational Qualification Graduate in any stream or MBA Technical Skills Required Capability to do direct sourcing Basic understanding of the balance sheet Knowledge of Banking Products/Rating Products Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel  People Skills Required Ability to build relationships. Willing to travel Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated and driven Good negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience: 4+ years in Banks/ NBFC/ other financial advisory Firms/ Credit Rating Agency.
