Learn more at: Role Summary: Brand within Dentsu Internationa l: Dentsu Creative Job Title : Creative Director - Copy Location : Worli, Mumbai Experience : From 8 to 12 years of digital copywriting experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience in copywriting from other industries will not be considered for this position ) Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Director - Copy to lead our creative team at Dentsu. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of proven work experience in copywriting and creative direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and compelling campaigns across various digital platforms. The candidate should be able to lead and inspire the creative team, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality copywriting and creative solutions. Key Accountabilities
- Writes narratives, scripts and storyboards, annotations and treatments
- Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to the audience
- Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
- Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
- Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
- Contributes work to pitches
- Drives, defines and feeds back on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration
- Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors
- Act as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, participating in client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
- Build strong client relationships, understand their needs and preferences, and present creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Oversee the execution of creative campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and meet client objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other creative team members to bring concepts to life across various digital platforms.
- Mentor and guide creative team, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
- Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director in copywriting and creative direction, preferably in a digital agency or integrated advertising environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital content, such as website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
