Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Skills Required:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, or similar.
- Must be familiar with US Tax Terms and visa status.
- Must have a good understanding of the US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
- Must be capable of identifying new clients (tier-1 vendor s direct clients) also need to have good network of tier-1 vendors direct clients for providing staffing solutions.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills
- Must work in US Time zone (PST)
- Experiences in handling OPT, H1B, GC, Citizen & Transfer visa consultant on Bench.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships.
- Must be having strong interpersonal and communication skills
