Role Description This is a full-time Library Assistant role at TelePost India Pvt Ltd located anywhere in India with flexibility for some remote work. As a Library Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will involve approaching large libraries, assisting patrons with identifying precious books, identifying books that need protection, and ensuring the library has a genuine need for protecting their assets. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities. The candidate must be willing to develop the business and sell with ingenuity. We don't assign targets and expect unreal assignments. Qualifications
- Graduate or higher
- Prior experience working in a library or customer service role is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and library software
- Familiarity with library cataloging systems and classification methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing library records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and library needs
