About the role Reporting to our Head of People, you will oversee various responsibilities, including HR administration, supporting across onboarding, performance and hiring. Will suit someone looking for an entry level generalist role, who has a great attitude, work ethic and eagerness to learn. Responsibilities HR Administration Maintenance of HR Trackers eg. Annual Leave Company HR policies and procedures, support updating company handbook with recent relevant legislation Maintaining and updating personnel records Contracts / Permits / Employee letters Management of HR softwares Ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for new employees & contractors Continuous optimisation & digitisation of the HR function Benefits Administration: Support the management and administration of employee benefits, ensuring employees have access and support. Support logistics for Company All Hands, Town Halls and Team Offsites Support on performance management logistics & administration Recruitment Create and manage the talent pipeline Working with the hiring manager to coordinate and schedule interviews Administration of recruitment correspondence Completion of candidate reference checks About the role Reporting to our Head of People, you will oversee various responsibilities, including HR administration, supporting across onboarding, performance and hiring. - Maintaining and updating personnel recordsÂ
- Contracts / Permits / Employee lettersÂ
- Management of HR softwares
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for new employees & contractorsÂ
- Continuous optimisation & digitisation of the HR function

- Pension / health insurance administration
- Collaborate with Finance team to streamline monthly payroll and enhance efficiency
- Familiarity with QuickBooks would be advantageous for supporting finance with bookkeeping
- Administrative duties such as filing, checking, and reviewing posts for the finance department
- HR Administration experience
- Software experience (Ideally in Personio)
- Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Excellent planning, organising and coordinating skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude
- HR qualification & CIPD desirable
- Makes informed decisions with pace and confidence, in difficult and pressured situations
- Promotes a culture of optimism, enthusiasm and mutual support
- Demonstrates a high level of trust, collaboration and confidentiality
