The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an outstanding Employee Relations Partner with a passion for delivering appropriate solutions for employees and leaders while contributing to our team culture.You will collaborate closely with partners, which includes the global HR team, and leaders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change and ambiguity, then this role is for you. Typical Day in the RoleYou will work with, mentor, and train managers to appropriately address and manage complicated performance management scenarios (including PIPs, terminations, and the execution of separation agreements).You have demonstrated experience managing complex performance cases.You demonstrate knowledge in ER practices, guidelines, and regulations on compliance with all employment laws, policies, procedures, and processes.You have experience advising on a wide range of employee populations, including educating business leaders on appropriate performance management practices and fundamental employment law concepts.Experience managing employee termination processes and performance improvement plans is essential.You possess strong skills in anticipating and identifying problems and use good judgement and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.Demonstrated experience working with case management systems.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) You can listen and clearly articulate a point of view and recommendations both in speaking and writing.Exp in managing ER practices globally/regionally will be an added advantageDaily Interaction - Flexible remotely - Stakeholder Facing QualificationsMBA or relevant experience8+ years' experience in Human Resources
