Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time/Intern Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our outbound efforts, working closely with the founder to generate leads and expand our customer base. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Research potential clients and tailor messaging to align with their needs and pain points.
  • Closely with the founder to develop and refine sales strategies and outreach tactics.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral and email templates to improve outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and entrepreneurship.
  • 1+ year in B2B Sales/BDR role (internship/full-time).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong skills in tracking & maintaining prospect information over CRM/spreadsheets
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not required.
