The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual contributor capable of developing and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline our operations and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA systems using the Blue Prism tool.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA strategy.
- Create and maintain solution documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of automated workflows to ensure they function as intended.
- Troubleshoot and provide continuous enhancements and support to existing RPA implementations to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies and assess their application within the banking domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Ability to handle the full life cycle of an automation project, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Blue Prism professional developer certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in integrating RPA tools with other software like ERP systems, AI, or ML technologies.
