Assistant General Manager requirements and qualifications • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Similar • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Administration or similar. Experience in Sales & Marketing Management is a plus • Young, dynamic, aggressive, and a responsible team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate complex business or technical concepts. • Understanding of the shopping and commerce ecosystem, and experience building and scaling consumer or merchant products. • Experience operating within and/or leading cross-functional teams (e.g. product management, implementation, legal finance, marketing, etc. • Innovative thinker with the ability to grow in ambiguity and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, builds relationships, and imports talent and ideas tp achieve a broader organizational goal. • Ability to work under pressure and has strong problem-solving abilities • 4 years of experience with people management • A competitive salary that includes a company provided vehicle awaits the successful applicant Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as an Assistant General Manager?
