C-Level Payment Executive - iGaming/Binary/Forex - Remote, Asia

Location: Remote, Asia About the company and role We are a high risk Payment Service Provider with 1000+ employeeswho are looking for a C-level candidate - who can help to make a breakthrough in development for Asia. The goal is drastic growth of volumesrevenue the company generates for the Asian region next year. It involves a complex approach. This is not just about having more sales or more BDs, but instead utilising the company resources (money, infrastructure, human resources, IT resources etc) to build on top or establish completely new infrastructure specifically catered to Asia, be it in the form of infrastructure, processes, branding, setups, people, angles, approaches etc. Being an international company who already made 2 necessary iterations in the Asia market (from 0 to breakeven; from breakeven to sustainable profit), we are now looking into the 3rd iteration meant to multiply the volumes and the profit in the region. The company is already exploring the market for M&A deals, building its first payment solutions in the region, and rapidly expanding the regional BDsales specialist roster, even running an on-the-top consultancy service for both Forex and Gaming verticals. However, the company is still dominantly working with international merchants, remains the reseller PSP relying on local providers and needs the unique regional offer to secure the indisputable competitive advantage and merchant's interest. The company is ready to invest in changing the current situation and facilitate that 3rd step, becoming more than an international high-risk PSP in Asia. As it usually happens, such growth might also come from the relationships with the big merchant(-s), securing their interest in our company. The successful candidate:

• C -level experienced candidate or the one ready to step-up the game, with solid previous High Risk background in payment processing in ASIA
• This person wants to move forward, making the next step in hisher career by establishing the P&L profit share agreement with the company and being responsible for the new venture.
• Solid local market knowledge in ASIA countries and strong relevantconnections
• Entrepreneurial drive with the desire and ability to developnew infrastructure utilising the company resources support and being responsible for it.
• Strategic and proactive - this person will come up with a business plan saying what needs to be done, how, what will be the cost and how would we execute it - and sell this to the owners
• Living in Asia
• Keen onnot only to grow payment infrastructure for the business but also theofficial office infrastructure (location not decided)
