PRODUCTION MANAGER (TEKLA/SDS2)

Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture) IDS company structure consists of various Departments and subsidiary Remote Offices (Contractor) that contribute to the company’s overall mission and goals. CORE is one of the departments to aim a strong position in the Detailing business.

• Responsible in managing the department for the following:
• In coordination with QAQC department, Full Checking of drawings from Remote Offices 
• Assist in estimating of projects like modeling, ABM and other data’s as per request from customer.

2. Responsible for developing and updating technical aspects per technical group on SDS2 and Tekla software. 3. Responsible in managing the detailing team under your supervision. 4. Responsible for any mistakes or any deficiencies your team has or will incur. 5. Responsible for keeping the LPM and US office informed of any issues, incidents and events affecting the schedules of the project assigned to you and your team. 6. Responsible for the complete documentation of all the projects assigned to you, this includes the upkeep of all reports, CDs, RFIs and emailed correspondence. 7. Responsible for providing adequate and accurate information to the Management (CEO, General Manager, HR, and other execs), in terms of resource allocation, projection and future developments. This is to properly and accurately create workload schedules for the company as a whole. 8. Responsible for policing your team, ensuring that rules and regulations promulgated by the company are enforced. 9. Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of the projects assigned to you. This entails pushing your team to get the best out of each member, via effective leadership, monitoring, and control of your team. 10. As a Core Manager you are in a unique position wherein you are handed sensitive company information and correspondence, it is your responsibility that these are kept in the strictest of confidence. 11. It is also your responsibility to help the company improve; this is done by partaking and being an active participant in any discussion within the company. 12. It is your responsibility to inform your superiors of skills you require to be improved, so that training can be provided by the company. 13.Responsible for the proper time keeping of task assignments through the Portal Timesheets and DAR, which forms part of the management review process for your employment. Secondary Tasks:

• Do the designated task assigned by your direct superiors and by the management team, within reason.

2.Provide assistance to his superiors and/or colleagues. 3. Aid in the training of other staff, by providing assistance (impart knowledge, tips and tricks, etc.). Job Requirements: 

• Required skills: Proficient in SDS2/TEKLA structures.
• Must have minimum 5 years in managing a job.
• NISD Certification would be an advantage but not required.
• Ammendable to work in Cubao, Quezon City. 
• Can start ASAP
