- Associate degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years or more technical support experience with providing technical support to end-users, either in-person, over the phone, or through remote assistance. This could involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with system configurations.
- In-Depth Knowledge/Extensive Experience with Cloud, Network, Desktop, and Server set-up , configuration , technical support , and maintenance
- At least Level 2 or Level 3 Tech Support experience
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and Software: Familiarity with different operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux, and experience in supporting common software applications used in business environments. This includes troubleshooting software installations, resolving compatibility issues, and assisting with software updates.
- Networking and Connectivity Skills: Firm understanding of basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configurations. Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless, and providing assistance with setting up network devices like routers and switches.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware-related problems, such as faulty components, device failures, or hardware upgrades. This could involve replacing computer parts, troubleshooting peripherals, and ensuring proper hardware functionality.
- Great English skills
- Stable broadband, dual connections preferred
- IT Certifications: such as relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), a plus, but not required
