Come work as an Outbound Engagement Team Leader for one of our BPO Teams with over 50 years in conducting independent research surveys with global investment professionals. The Position: The purpose of this role is to ensure the day to day management of outbound engagement staff and data team- driving daily, weekly and monthly targets within an outbound soft selling (via survey participation) environment. Outbound engagement staff solicits survey participation from leads by filling out a ballot to vote for best performing sell side research providers, CEOs, CFOs, IROs and IR Programs across the globe. Data Team manages database of leads globally using CRM platform, Hubspot - tasks include qualifying, cleaning, mining, analysis, distribution to outbound engagement staff. Data team also implements email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Outlook. Job Descriptions:
- At 3+ years' experience driving conversion performance in a Team
- Must have outbound soft selling or sales experience working towards a target preferably engaging C- Suite Executives.
- Must have know - how or experience in planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns preferably in Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have experience in lead management and analysis
- Temporary work from home till further notice.
