  About The Role We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills. You'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, subscriber growth, and lead generation for our workshops and courses.   Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and SEO.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and fostering community engagement.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to optimize performance and achieve target KPIs.
• Data Analysis: Gather data from our website and marketing campaigns (traffic, conversions, etc.) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM (or another effective system) to track interactions, manage leads, and measure campaign performance.
• Landing Page Creation: Design and build high-converting landing pages that integrate seamlessly with our sales systems.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with a small team (3-4 people) to achieve marketing goals.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM administration, or related roles.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to derive insights and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot Certification) is a plus

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and campaign management.
• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
