Employee Experience | Customer Experience | Digital Transformation We are looking for a Client facing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across the Life Sciences Team. This role is focused on ensuring you are driving delivery and building relationships across all our Life Science / TEG clients. Maintaining a Client First approach every time and finding the talent they need in the time they need it. Key Responsibilities

  • Build personal network of candidate and client contacts.
  • Increase Hires across departments for our clients by building relationships with key stakeholders within the business units
  • Meet or exceed target KPIs
  • Qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
  • Support and influence the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process through to placement and settling in period
  • Develop, maintain, and manage client contacts
  • Demonstrate strong client development and relationship activity including building client relationships, attend networking events and similar, research and marketing
  • Take ownership for personal and professional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from the department and wider Cpl group
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to Talent Sourcers
  • Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area
  • Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Candidate Management System is up to date and of the highest quality
  • Supports sourcing of candidates within the industry
  • Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification, develop client relations and raise personal and company brand awareness.
  • Working with our internal delivery teams to ensure hiring requirements are met
  • Working with our Centre of Excellence teams to ensure best in practice is in place
  • Providing delivery and client reports
  • Support Monthly business reviews /QBIs
  • Support the Life Sciences leads
  • Supporting the wider Life Sciences team on delivery across all our clients
  • Support AL cover for TAs across the team
Requirements for this role
  • 2 years+ Experienced in recruitment/ talent delivery/ account management
  • Life Sciences recruitment experience a distinct advantage, not essential
  • Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
  • Proven Stakeholder Management
  • Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
