Quality Control

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Controller to join our clients team. The Quality Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients products meet stringent quality standards adhering to regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality inspections on raw materials inprocess production and finished products according to established protocols. Identify any deviations from quality standards and take immediate corrective actions.
• Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations HACCP standards and company policies. Complete qualityrelated paperwork accurately and promptly to maintain comprehensive records.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize product quality minimize waste and enhance efficiency. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain effective communication with suppliers to assess the quality of incoming materials and address any quality concerns promptly. Work collaboratively with procurement teams to source highquality ingredients and materials.
• Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure that all equipment work areas and facilities meet sanitation standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular hygiene inspections and implement corrective measures as needed to uphold food safety standards.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the food processing industry is highly beneficial.
• Minimum HACCP Level 5 certification is required.
• Proficient English language
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to undergo further training and development as required.
• Reporting directly to the Technical Manager the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
