Role Purpose: The role is a key client interface working closely with the Southeast Sales Team in the successful delivery of major events customers and projects such as Singapore F1 What you will be delivering:
- Successful management of specific projects and major client orders to a successful completion both operationally and finically. This will include at multiple project deliveries.
- Working with the Operations Manager to develop class leading project management tools.
- Schedule projects in logical steps and calculate the time required to meet deadlines and preserve margins.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project. Develop and implement quality control programs
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods.
- Determine labor requirements with the Operations Manager. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation, maintenance, and teardown of jobs.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, customers, and co-workers to discuss and resolve issues.
- Provide pricing estimates and Change Orders to customers for adjustments to resolve issues during the job’s execution.
- Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are followed on job sites.
- Advise on technical and commercial aspects for bespoke events customer contracts / agreements.
- Work with the customer on project design to achieve their objectives in reducing their reliance on diesel products, reducing fuel burn, and reducing their carbon footprint.
- Identify opportunities to introduce green products and fuels in line with customer’s sustainability aspirations.
- Manage the P&Ls and planning for events projects, engaging the Sales, Fleet, Transport and Service teams to manage costs and resources efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager & Procurement to arrange suitable contractors, suppliers, and stock to support events projects.
- Compliance in maintaining (accurate and relevant) all project related information on the appropriate systems (Salesforce / FSL / ERP / shared drives); this will include keeping a record of all changes / amendments and ensuring plans and records of equipment and resources are kept up to date and ensuring ‘as built’ drawings are completed and available on Salesforce.
- Notify the Operations Manager and Management Team of any variation from design and produce all documents for a variation order to the customer.
- Identification of project risks and definition of countermeasures.
