Accounts Executive (Permanent)

The Company Our client, a company in the real estate industry, is currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team. The Role The responsibilities entail maintaining complete accounting records and generating management reports for various entities, along with preparing monthly journals, schedules, and bank reconciliations. Monitoring loan agreements with multiple banks and overseeing cash flow management are also part of the role. Additionally, the position involves preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for stakeholders, handling GST submissions, and managing year-end closing and financial reporting tasks. Collaboration with company secretaries, tax agents, auditors, and bankers is required, including assisting with company setup and closure processes. Involvement in forecast and budgeting activities, general administrative tasks, and handling ad-hoc duties as needed is also expected. Your Profile The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in MYOB and Excel, demonstrating maturity, independence, meticulousness, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. They will report directly to the Finance Manager and should be available to start work immediately. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting position and hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
