The Company We are seeking a Project Manager to support our client, a well-established leading provider of business services. This is a 12 months contract with possibility of extension. As a Project Manager, you will be supporting the migration of Payroll and Accounting processes into our client's Shared Services, handling everything from planning to execution. This includes creating and managing project plans, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring the project stays on track. You'll also manage stakeholder relationships by keeping them informed and addressing any concerns they have. The Role
- Lead end-to-end project activities for migrating Accounting & Payroll processes to Shared Services.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth migration execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives throughout the migration process.
- Manage project execution, monitor progress, and address risks.
- Provide timely project status reports and manage the budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables clearly.
- Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process migration and improvement.
- Review current processes and design new ones.
- Ensure documentation and training materials are up to date.
- Drive migration process by designing strategies and overseeing implementation.
- Manage change activities and monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful migration.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience, ideally with Finance, Payroll, or Accounting projects.
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Experienced in leading change and improvement projects, including process mapping and re-design.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively across various function.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Capable of working independently while motivating a team.
