Smobler Studios is looking for a talented, passionate and driven Level/Game Designer who will help develop metaverse experiences and design solutions appropriate to context, design requirements, and brand guidelines. • Build, create and develop metaverse experiences, using The Sandbox’s proprietary software, Game Maker
• Develop designs that meets quality parameters and design solutions
• To work with creative team to come up with concepts, prepare drawings, models, and renderings.
• Collaborate across professional disciplines throughout all phases of the project
• Deliver quality work on schedule and adhere to our best practices, technical guidelines and documentation
• Communicate and work closely with our creative and project management team
• Stay updated with design, gameplay mechanism trends, and techniques.
• Represent the studio in a professional manner at all times

Requirements

• Proficient in Game Maker and basic knowledge of VoxEdit
• Love for gaming and a huge fan of building/construction, survival, crafting and rpg games.
• Background in one of the following fields will be highly considered: Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Exhibition Design, Retail and POP Design, and Game Development.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Understands creative direction and open to feedback
• Works well under pressure and dependable
• Experience in The Sandbox’s Creator and Game Maker Fund project is a bonus
