Your key responsibilities: Responsibilities cover all relevant activities within CSR in the region (ex-India), with a focus on governance, administration and tactical day-to-day activities.
  • Governance, due diligence and documentation support:
    • Support liaison work with NGO partners
      • Ensure adherence with due diligence policies, coordinate with the Anti Financial Crime team where necessary
      • Ensure MoUs are in place, coordinate with the Legal team if necessary
      • Ensure submission of post-programme reports
      • Review the reports for impact measurement
      • Assess proposals
      • Maintain records of the due diligence process
    • Online procedural systems support
      • Global Impact Tracking system for data submission
      • Name List Screening of NGOs
      • Payment system (onboarding, invoicing)
      • Volunteer portal for event planning/reporting
  • Volunteer management support for Apac markets
  • Communications
    • Create articles, newsletters for internal platforms and content for social media
    • Handle CSR related queries (including mailbox management)
Your skills and experience:
  • Worked as part of the CSR team in a corporation or worked in an NGO
  • Experience reviewing/creating proposals against inputs/outcomes (eg using the Theory of Change)
  • Volunteer management: liaise with NGOs to scope out volunteer opportunities, organise/coordinate volunteer events, conduct briefings for volunteers
  • Ability to master bespoke online platforms quickly is essential
  • Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative, and with people at all levels/across markets
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
