Fund Operations Specialist

StriveX is proud to partner with a leading securities services firm renowned internationally for its excellence.  Your Role :  As part of the Global Funds Operations Team, you'll play a crucial role in managing Hedge Funds trades and transfers, overseeing Front office, Middle office, and Settlement functions, handling customer queries, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with mandatory corporate actions and share events. Your Responsibilities:

• Process Trade & Transfer orders efficiently.
• Complete and verify documents for trades & transfers accurately.
• Handle incoming trades-related cash and transfer requests.
• Trace pending transactions and settle them promptly.
• Manage corporate action shares and cash events accurately.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain risk awareness and comply with procedures.
• Address client queries/issues via phone calls and emails.
• Review client activity and suggest improvements.
• Provide exemplary service to clients.

• Hold a University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• Possess 2+ years of relevant operations experience with knowledge of investment funds.
• Ability to multitask between operational activities and customer service.
• Perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
