- Algorithm Development:
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Model Training and Evaluation:
- Train and evaluate machine learning models using diverse datasets.
- Implement best practices for model validation, accuracy improvement, and performance optimization.
- Coding and Implementation:
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Data Preparation:
- Work closely with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for machine learning tasks.
- Implement data augmentation techniques and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into larger systems.
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
