Your key responsibilities:
  • As Securities Services (SeS) Operations Lead, the candidate is responsible for supporting activities and leading projects for Singapore.
  • Develops, fosters and maintains strong, productive and collaborative working relationships with external and internal clients/stakeholders.
  • Builds and maintains a good understanding of the client's business strategy and current issues/market developments.
  • Highlights operational, regulatory and other risks to the management.
  • Liaises with the internal/external client and actively participates in problem resolution to ensure client satisfaction with the outcome.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system and process change and development of new product offering.
  • Supports internal and external audit requests.
  • Represents the bank in Singapore market practice forum.
Your skills and experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate bank environment with experience in Securities Services Products & Operations.
  • Proven technical understanding of the Operations products and processes as well as knowledge of Singapore market.
  • Proven experience in providing oversight to offshore outsourced team.
  • Proven analytical skills, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and issues and solves them.
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.
  • Proven knowledge of automation toolkit such as Tableau, Alteryx and Robotic Process Automation
