My client, one of Ireland’s leading laboratory suppliers, is actively looking for a Team Leader - Inside Technical Sales Team to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Dublin 24 . *Flexible working hours and hybrid work available* The Role · My client is looking for an enthusiastic sales professional to manage their growing inside sales team and to promote and sell their instrumentation and consumable range of products used by analysts, scientists, engineers, and technicians across a myriad of applications. · Primary function is to manage the day-to-day effectiveness of an international inside sales team located in Ireland and the UK to ensure the efficient workflow. · The Inside Sales Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the Inside Sales Team reliably support existing customers, as well as developing new business within each of our target markets.This includes the supporting Field Sales Team to maximise domestic business. · Working to ensure optimal team performance in a busy and dynamic environment. Knowledge & Skills Required · Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. ·2 years sales experience essential. · A third level science degree is essential, preferably from the Life Sciences area · Customer service · Meeting sales goals · Prospecting skills - Closing skills · Product knowledge · Client relationship development skills and excellent communication skills.
