We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team and help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. Job Description : As a Digital Marketer at My Wedding Palette, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans that include SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising and Google Ads campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis to drive quality traffic and conversions.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
