Job description Job Role: Business Development Manager / BDM (US IT Staffing) Experience :7+ years Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST To 3:30 AM IST Work from Office _ No Remote (No Hybrid) 5- Days onsite Location: DSL Abacus IT Park Uppal, Hyderabad Note: Must have US staffing experience About the job: We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Hunter role) with leadership qualities to bring in new customers and new logos for the company to expand/grow our practice within our technology business. The ideal candidate will be someone from a technology/staffing arena who understands the industry landscape well. Passion for sales, business development, account management, and consulting is a must for this role. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Add New Clients Direct or Implementation partner in US Staffing Recruitment
- Must have pre-work experience in various areas of Business Development including Market Research,
- Database building, Lead generation, campaign management, Managed Services, and Client Relationships for the USA
- Add potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- finding leads and making cold calling in defined geographies.
- Interact with clients daily and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
- Be accountable for revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Responsible for bringing in new business opportunities by leveraging industry experience, connections with tier 1/ direct clients, and acquiring new Logos.
