Role - Product Management Director- Treasury/Capital Market (Mandatory to have Treasury or Capital Markets experience) Experience - 15+ years only Reporting - EVP Location - Hyderabad or Mumbai -WFO Grade-VP/SVP We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Product Management Director . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of our Treasury/Capital Market offerings. Duties and Responsibilities Product Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Treasury and Capital Market, aligning with overall business goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product development initiatives
- Oversee the entire life cycle of Treasury and Capital Market products, from ideation to launch and on-going enhancement.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive landscape and potential areas for growth in Treasury and Capital Market
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes affecting Treasury and Capital Market products.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Work closely with risk and compliance teams to assess and address any emerging risks in the Treasury and Capital Market portfolio.
- Collaborate with finance teams to set pricing strategies, ensuring the profitability of Treasury and Capital Market products.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, recommending adjustments as needed. Drive product strategy, innovation and development and product P&L. Direct focus on growing the business volumes, customer base and income
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
