Roles and Responsibilities 1. Monitor and disseminate information regarding mandatory regulations, national and international standards, and forthcoming changes in rules, regulations, and conventions that affect QHSE. Full 20%2. Generate and curate QHSE content for the Knowledge Management System, ensuring it is relevant, current, and accessible to all stakeholders. Full 20%3. Assist in the review and evaluation of QHSE systems. Supporting 10%4. Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external QHSE audits. Supporting 10%5. Manage a library of mandatory regulations, standards, and QHSE literature, coordinating the supply of relevant materials to onshore and offshore management. Full 10%6. Keep the library updated with the latest QHSE developments, literature, and best practices. Full 10%7. Collaborate with different departments to improve document management processes. Partial 10%8. Assist the QHSE department in projects and other tasks Education: · Bachelor’s degree in library science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: · Shore experience working with document manager systems or similar platforms. · Maritime experience preferred. Specific Business Knowledge: · Strong understanding of document management software and databases. · Knowledge of compliance requirements and standards related to document management. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
