Junior DriveWorks Engineer, Pro, Live (Automation Engineer)

Please only apply if you have DriveWorks experience We are looking for a Junior Driveworks Engineer, basic Driveworks experience is required, Minimum Driveworks Xpress and good excel knowledge. Design Automation Specialist required for a well-established engineering company. The successful candidate must be confident using software such as Driveworks Solo, pro and Solidworks, ideally, with Bsc, Beng, Meng degree and have experience within a similar position. Driveworks Design Engineer Position Overview

• Manage Driveworks implementation projects
• Produce models, model and sales documents images & and drawings using Driveworks
• Assist with troubleshooting Driveworks issues for our clients
• The ideal candidate must have expert knowledge of Driveworks and have examples of his Driveworks implemented projects, you will be required to work on previously started projects so expert knowledge is required
• To work from limited information supplied by customers to design project templates for clients
• Work with customers, via phone calls, and emails, to develop new products, and resolve product application difficulties and other technical issues.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Work with new and existing suppliers to obtain quotes for parts, produce all relevant documentation to enable the product to be made consistently and to support sales, arrange product testing to appropriate standards, etc.
• Liaise with external members of the engineering and/or manufacturing teams when developing production methods to complete new and current design and Driveworks projects
• Your primary role will be assisting with implementing all Driveworks packages as well and you will be required to remodel Solidworks files as required.
