JOB DESCRIPTION: MERN Stack developers both conduct and are a part of project planning & scheduling, design discussions and development and respond to final delivery, and are responsible for addressing and improving any technical issues when they arise. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: MERN STACK DEVELOPER

• Must possess strong analytical skills to be able to break down complex problems into smaller atomic units of work.
• Must be able to develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.

• Automating different operational processes by designing, maintaining, and managing tools
• Provide primary operational support and engineering for all Cloud and Enterprise deployments
• Lead the organisations platform security efforts by collaborating with the core engineering team
• Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for IAC and CI/CD that teams can follow

• Build intuitive, engaging and progressive user interactions for mobile apps
• Delivers well-defined features of small to medium complexity on a regular basis.

• Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (or React).
• Graduation in computers –Full-time B.E / B. Tech or an MCA degree.
• Need a clear understanding of JavaScript.
• Sound understanding of MVVM/MVC and design patterns.
• Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs.
• Good skills of either RDBMS (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).
• Must have experience in MERN Stack development.
• Experience in developing responsive web applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.
• Should have experience in using Git & VSCode.
• Knowledge of AWS, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting will be considered positively.
