Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team.   • Lead a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across projects.
  • Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience developing software applications using the .NET framework.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer are advantageous.
