Job Title: Sales Recruiter (Junior and Senior Level) Jamshedpur JH Onsite Job (No Remote) Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to attract, screen, and select qualified individuals for various sales positions within our organization. Junior and Senior Levels, the Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying top sales talent, building pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires a keen understanding of sales roles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment. Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top sales talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for sales roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit, utilizing appropriate assessment tools and techniques.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in sales recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top sales talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
  • Experience recruiting for sales positions in [specific industry/niche].
  • Familiarity with behavioural interviewing techniques and other assessment methods.
