- Candidate with Minimum of 10+ years’ experience.
- Good Telecom and Network optimization tools knowledge
- Experience in telecom network testing and troubleshooting - Experience in TEMS product is preferred.
- Familiarity with Telecom Standards
- Capable of understanding the 3GPP, ITU, ETSI, MEF, ONF, and TMF documentation
- Deep knowledge in cloud and microservices technologies
- Work with team to guide them on technical solution and resolve technical issues that the team may have
- Exposure to agile methodology and working in SCRUM or pair programming mode
- Adoption of best practices, coding standards and development practices to improve the quality of the deliverables.
- Liaison across teams to ensure bottlenecks/impediments are resolved
- Proactively managing the risks/issues and ensuring a seamless engineering process
- Conversant and proficient in using Atlassian suite or equivalent
- Ability to collaborate with remote and globally distributed teams
- Strong communications skills and team players.
