Oracle Consultant

Skill - Java/Backend with Oracle Aglile PLM Experience - 6 to 12 yrs Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days only JD:- Candidate with 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years of strong hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM . · Co-lead a team of engineers and support analysts at both onsite and offshore to ensure high-performance that consistently and iteratively delivers high-impact, high-quality solutions · Hands on Oracle Agile PLM experience with design, customization, configuration, administration and mapping. · Candidate should have experience in following Agile PLM modules – Product Collaboration (PC), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Product Cost Management (PCM), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Governance (PG&C)· Demonstrated experience with all engineering data analysis including items, bills of materials, item attributes etc. · Evaluate complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM applications functionality and develop an action plan to resolve issues. · Provide hands-on assistance to end users via remote client connectivity or collaborative web meeting · Work closely with end users on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience · Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and risk, whilst looking for opportunities to innovate and streamline · Interfaces with different teams to structure the delivery of support and services, and drive results on strategic service initiatives. · Customer satisfaction focus with success measured by how well your team is delivering against requirements · Experience in managing complex customer services operational/delivery issues to resolution · Utilizing analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks · Good communication and presentation skills. · Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience LTIMindtree is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
