The Senior Leader-HR Shared Services is responsible for all HR Services and monitoring compliance on a regular basis. This person will be a natural leader who will drive the HR services & should aim at strengthening a center with individuals that are passionate and committed to consistent process improvement; results-driven and very team-oriented. Candidate Profile:
- +5 years of experience in HR & should be familiar with HR regulations within North America
- Experience in managing various HR services
- Operations mindset & knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
- Proven ability in organizing, prioritizing projects & implementing Process Improvement Initiatives
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, persuade and drive action
- A collaborative management style and a strong stakeholder orientation
- Ability to manage performance, coach and provide direction in a team environment
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret data
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
