Join us as a Medical Lead and play a pivotal role in our daily mission to save lives. Position: Medical Lead. Location: Bangalore. Qualification and Academic Requirements:
- Must hold an MD in General Medicine or Cardiology.
- At least 4-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare technology setting with exposure to digital health or remote patient monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Clinical Trials Oversight: Lead the design and implementation of clinical trials to test the efficacy and safety of digital health interventions. Ensure that our products adhere to the highest standards of scientific rigor and ethical practice.
- Strategic Leadership and Operations Management: Guide the operational strategy of our digital health projects, combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach. Oversee daily activities while ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Creation: Formulate and implement SOPs that guarantee operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and quality assurance. Your expertise will define the gold standard for digital health operations.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Utilize your entrepreneurial spirit to seek out new opportunities, pilot innovative projects, and incorporate the latest technologies into our initiatives. Your leadership will be key in navigating and realizing the potential of digital health advancements.
- Remote Patient Management: Oversee the management of patients enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, monitoring vital signs and adjusting medications as necessary. Provide support and summaries of patient conditions to cardiologists at customer sites.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Apply your expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to improve productivity and facilitate collaboration across teams. Your skills will be crucial in generating professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
