Program Manager - K12 e-Learning A Program Manager in this role would ideally possess a blend of project/ program management, strategic thinking, problem solving and technical proficiency in the K12 ecosystem to drive the successful implementation and ongoing improvement of e-Learning initiatives within the K12 e-learning sector. - Roles and Responsibilities: - Program Management and Planning: Lead the planning process for initiatives such as Teacher Training Content Development, Delivery of Teacher Training, and Deployment of e-Learning classroom ICT infrastructure and fulfilment of Projects. - Delivery Management: Oversee the planning for the execution and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. - Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's strategy for e-Learning services in K12 education, aligning with industry trends and best practices. - Presales: Monitor the Tenders/ RFQs and make a timely and accurate summary of the required SoW, Timeline and PQ/TQ crietria to assist the management in decision making - Daily Execution Oversight: Monitor the daily operations of the e-Learning Company and its e-learning classrooms in remote areas, ensuring escalation and timely troubleshooting any issues that arise. - Location and Reporting: - Location: Corporate Office in Delhi NCR. - Reporting: Director/ Head of e-Learning - Prior Experience: - Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in the education sector, with a focus on e-Learning or technology integration initiatives. - Strong track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Experience in developing and delivering teacher training programs, particularly in the context of e-Learning content and technology integration. - Familiarity with ICT infrastructure deployment and support, especially in educational settings, to ensure effective utilization and maintenance of e-Learning resources. - Education Background: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Additional certifications or training in project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) would be advantageous. - Knowledge of educational technology platforms and tools, instructional design principles, and pedagogical approaches to support effective e-Learning delivery.
